Well, thanks to everyone who came out to the South Dakota show to support Everly and Enation. What a great way for us too experience our very first concert! And we don’t plan on doing any more appearances until our album is done, so for those of you who got to see last night’s show, that was a very special occasion.

This morning I’m on a plane to Vancouver to do a guest spot on Life Unexpected! I’ve always been a fan of the show, especially since it’s set in Portland, near my hometown. So, here I am, a sore throat and terrible sinus congestion, sitting in the back of a little prop plane. I’m afraid I’m a poor sight to see trampling through the airport in my sunglasses and sweats. But hopefully I’ll have some downtime from filming where I can catch up on my sleep.

I haven’t spent much time in Vancouver but I hope to find a least one little cozy spot before I leave. Any suggestions?

Hi guys! I’m testing out the new blogger app on my iPad while flying to SouthDakota. Right now we have about an hour left on our flight and I’m watching some guy who looks like Donald Sutherland in a chef hat make some sort of disgusting looking watermelon gelatin. I’m not sure why the in-flight entertainment went from The Office to a low-budget cooking show, but I’m hoping something new shows up soon.

Amber and i had a leisurely lunch at Chili’s in the Atlanta airport and we have a lot of practicing to do with our band tomorrow. Oh! I just remembered I wanted to give you guys a few great songs/albums to download for your road trip…
